WHAT TYPES OF TRANSPORTATION DO YOU OFFER?

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

We currently do not accept insurance.

We offer both ambulatory and wheelchair van rides for our wheelchair bound clients that cannot transfer.

We accept bookings at all times of the day, but to ensure your ride is on time, we advise clients to book at least 24 hours ahead of time.

Clients can book their rides 24 hours a day through our app, or call in to book a ride. Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central Time seven days a week.

HOW CAN I SCHEDULE A RIDE FOR MYSELF OR A LOVED ONE?

CAN SOMEONE ELSE ACCOMPANY ME ON A RIDE?

Clients can book their rides on our “Kerico Transport” app or call in to speak with one of our booking agents. Facilities on contract will be provided a dedicated portal to book rides at their convenience, 24 hours a day.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Clients can have family members or caregivers accompany them on their rides with no extra charge.

DO YOU SERVICE ONLY MEDICAL FACILITIES?

There is a 24-hour advance notice to cancel rides with no charge. Changes can be made with no charge, as long as the ride remains on the same day. Cancellations within the same day will cost the amount of a one-way trip of the ride booked.

HOW CAN WE PAY FOR OUR SERVICES?

We serve various Medical facilities and Hospitals, but we also serve individuals who need NEMT services. These individuals can book their rides through our “Kerico Transport” app or call one of our booking agents to book a ride.

DO YOU PROVIDE WHEELCHAIRS FOR CLIENTS?

Facilities under contract will be invoiced for all services rendered during the previous month on a NET 10,15 or 20 term. They will be able to pay outstanding invoices by ACH or check. Individuals booking directly through the app will be able to add their credit or debit card in their profile on the app to be charged after the ride. They will also be able to call in and pay via credit or debit card.

DO YOU PROVIDE CAREGIVERS TO ACCOMPANY CLIENTS ON RIDES?

Yes, we provide wheelchairs for clients that do not have one available for transportation. This is a $29 additional charge.

Yes, we provide caregivers at additional charge to accompany clients on rides. At least a 24 hour booking notice is required and 4 hour minimum for the caregiver.

HOW MUCH DOES NEMT COST?

Cost of a ride varies, depending on the type of vehicle required and distance travelled. Feel free to go to the book a ride page and enter your details to get an exact quote.
